We are a group of designers, engineers and web developers who got together and decided to make awesome t-shirts and apparel based on designs we would like to wear.

SHIPPING

When will my products be delivered?

We take about 2-7 business days to send apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business daysfor non-apparel (posters etc.) products.

Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

When will my products be dispatched?

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we can ship any order worldwide and offer a wide selection of carriers depending on the country.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

We will cover a variety of courier errors such as lost or damaged in transit, postage due errors or generally misrouted packages when tracking provides no clear details or cause.

In the rare cases that a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient reports they have yet to receive it – We would not cover the cost of reshipping the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipients address.

In most instances, it is found that the delivery was made, but left in an unexpected location at a recipient’s address. Recipients should reach out to the courier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person – e.g. “left under table on back porch.”

If you’d like to file a claim with the courier for reimbursement, Our customer support can assist you in this process – however, be mindful that claims through USPS or FedEx can often take several weeks before being resolved or refunded.
